EXCHANGE:

If for some reason the item is not suitable, please contact us to try and find a solution. If an exchange is needed, please return the item with full details and an exchange will be sent out to you (2nd class unless otherwise specified).

You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us.  For your own protection we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

UNWANTED ITEMS:
You can return an unwanted product within 30 days of the purchase date.  We will refund you any money paid for that product.  The product must be in an ‘as new’ condition complete with all packaging and components.

You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us.  For your own protection we suggest you is a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

If your returned product is not in this ‘as new’ condition we reserve the right not make a refund.

FAULTY GOODS:

If you receive an item from us which is faulty, which you did not order or any other reason which is our fault please contact us by email – jenny@funswim.co.uk to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or a replacement and will also refund the actual cost of return postage up to a maximum of £5.00.

If our service does not meet your expectations please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department via email – jenny@funswim.co.uk and we will endeavour to deal with and resolve the issue within 48hours.
